YOUR COACHING AND SUPERVISION STUDIES. MOVING PEOPLE FORWARD.
Are you aiming for a career as a coach, supervisor or organisational consultant? With your Master’s degree in Coaching and Supervision, you will be much closer to becoming self-employed. You will also be able to use your newly acquired skills in companies by providing targeted support to specialists and executives, both professionally and interpersonally. Your Master’s programme in Coaching and Supervision is specifically geared to the requirements of coaching practice. Therefore it is certified by the EASC, the European Association for Supervision and Coaching. After completing your Master’s degree, you can immediately start working as an EASC-certified coach.
With your Master’s degree in Coaching and Supervision, you will be able to support and develop individuals, groups or teams in a targeted manner. Under your professional guidance, important questions and issues arising from the demands of the job will be reflected upon, clarified and possible new courses of action will be developed. Of course, conflicts within the team will be solved, too. During the distance learning programme, you will gain theoretical, methodological and practical intervention skills, as well as specific research knowledge in the fields of supervision and coaching. You will learn about the behaviour of people in organisational contexts and the professional interaction between the coach and the client. You will acquire a lot of expertise in research methodology, methods in the coaching process, conversational skills , dealing with conflicts, crisis intervention and differential psychology. With this study programme, you will also improve your ability to reflect. A specialisation is also possible, for example in systemic coaching. Wehighly recommend the optional module “Coaching Lobby“, where you can acquire practical experience, establish contacts with teaching coaches and supervisors and obtain the “Coach EASC” certificate.
Information on accreditation and state approval can be found on the sub-page of the degree program.
