HEAD OF AN INCLUSIVE DAY CARE CENTRE
As the head of an inclusive educational institution (e.g. in the early childhood sector, in the school age group or for adults) you will be in charge of organising joint learning for all. You develop inclusive education concepts, coordinate an interdisciplinary team and provide regular professional input. Personnel development is just as much a part of your job as cooperation with parents and networking in the social space.
MUNICIPAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR INCLUSION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
In your role, you will actively shape inclusive change processes and ensure that inclusion is implemented in social and educational contexts. This may involve the participatory development of municipal inclusion concepts, establishing networks between daycare centres and primary schools, or organising congresses. With a strong focus on education, you contribute to inclusive urban and neighbourhood development.
MANAGER FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION EVENTS ABOUT INCLUSION
As a manager, you develop and organise continuing and further education events about inclusion in which everyone can participate. In particular, you consider the needs of participants with disabilities. For example, this involves structural accessibility, diversity-oriented methodological concepts and target group specific marketing. Your tasks also include the further qualification of experts in continuing education and further education on the topic of inclusion.

Generally, a completed undergraduate degree with a subject-related focus in the respective IU Master's program is a requirement for admission. The first undergraduate degree must have been successfully completed at a state or state-recognized college/university and with a final grade of at least "satisfactory". If the first degree does not include a subject-related focus, admission to the program can also be granted if the student has completed a related professional activity.
For English language degree courses, a proof (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge or equivalent proof, e.g. through the free IU English course.) of sufficient English language skills is required.

A completed undergraduate degree with a specific thematic focus in the selected master's degree program. Alternatively, also professional activities with corresponding backgrounds can be accredited in individual cases. A degree from a state or state-recognized college/university with a final grade of at least "Satisfactory". Accreditation of knowledge and skills acquired outside of the university sector is generally possible. University entrance qualification as a foreign student applicant.
