Then the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IU International University of Applied Sciences will teach you everything you need for your career. The degree programme prepares you for challenging tasks at the middle to top management level, for example as a business development manager, consultant or senior brand manager. You will develop into a sought-after manager across all sectors and sharpen your intercultural know-how. You expand your existing expertise with managerial knowledge, learn to interpret economic trends, develop corporate strategies and new business ideas.

The special aspect of your IU myStudies model: During the week, you attend courses on 2-3 days during the day. You can do this either in person on campus or virtually via video conference. Depending on your individual needs!

First and foremost, you will acquire business expertise as well as individual methodological skills and train your analytical and scientific thinking. You can also specialise in selected areas such as IT management, finance & accounting, international marketing, big data management or engineering management.

Contents in myStudies Master of Business Administration

Our master's program is modular. You therefore study on the basis of different topics, which are divided into so-called "modules". Within these modules, there is usually an introductory and an in-depth course, which systematically prepare you for the completion of the module. Within the modules you will receive ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) points for each successful completion, which document your achievements. These ECTS points are internationally comparable and of course recognized.

Graduation fees

The total price includes a one-time graduation fee of 699 euros for bachelor's programmes and 799 euros for master's programmes. This fee is due at the end of the degree programme.

For the following bachelor's degree programmes, a graduation fee of 2,299 euros is included. This fee is also due at the end of the degree programme:

Optional additional costs for international shipping of scripts

We charge additional costs for sending the study scripts abroad. These are 5€/shipment within Europe* and 10€/shipment worldwide

Optional additional costs for international examinations

There are separate costs for examinations written outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These are to be paid directly to the local examination centre and are currently (in local currency if applicable):

For the taking of examinations, 120 euros are to be paid for examination appointments as individual or block examinations with a maximum duration of 120 minutes.

For examinations lasting more than 120 minutes and up to 360 minutes, the respective institute receives 170 euros per examination session.

International students can alternatively use our online examinations to take their examinations independent of location and at any time without additional costs.

Career coaching: This offer is intended for bachelor students (with at least 120 ECTS) and master students. Additional costs for the Adobe Creative Cloud: For the bachelor's degree programmes in Architecture and Media Design, you need the Adobe Creative Cloud. As a student, you can get it at a reduced price of only 19.34 euros per month (regular price: 59.49 euros per month). Of course, you can also use your licence privately.

Cloud-based open source tools: To be able to use cloud-based open source tools during your studies, you need a desktop PC or laptop. This is not included in the scope of services.
