Excellent customer service at IU International University

IU receives DtGV Service Award

Erfurt, 23 March 2022 - IU International University (IU) has been awarded the Service Award 2022 by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV). IU was the only education provider to score in the customer service category.

The results of almost 500 company tests were included in the award, which is given across all sectors in the categories of on-site service, on-site advice, internet presence, delivery service, customer service and transparency. The results are made up of mystery checks, website evaluations and customer service checks.

Theresa Niedernhuber, Head of Customer Service says: "This award confirms our consistent focus on our students. They and their needs are always at the centre of everything we do. Therefore, we continue to expand capacities in the area of customer service, for example in our Study Coaching Team. Specially trained coaches accompany and advise students in their everyday study life, for example with exam anxiety, low motivation or dealing with stress."

In 2021, IU International University was awarded the DtGV App Award. In February 2022, it was honoured as a "TOP university" by the student portal StudyCheck.de.
