Student portal Studycheck.de awards IU International University of Applied Sciences

·      In the category 'Most popular universities with more than 15,000 students', IU International University of Applied Sciences (IU) came in first with its dual study programme.

·      The recommendation rate among students is 96 percent.

Erfurt, 14 February 2022. In 2022, Germany's largest university of applied sciences, IU International University of Applied Sciences, can also call itself 'TOP University' awarded by the student portal Studycheck.de. In the category 'Most popular universities with more than 15,000 students', the private, state-recognized university was ranked in the first place. 96 percent of the students and alumni who rated the university on the portal would recommend IU International University of Applied Sciences to others. In total, more than 2,700 evaluations of IU from 2021 were included in the assessment. In the overall ranking of all German colleges and universities, IU is in the top 10.

"For us, the award is both, an honor and an incentive," says Prof. Dr. Holger Sommerfeldt, Rector of IU International University of Applied Sciences. "The award shows that our students are at the center of everything we do. We cater precisely to their needs with our practical and flexible range of courses. And it spurs us on to keep developing in terms of teaching quality, student support and the choice of subjects."
