The award confirms IU International University of Applied Sciences as an attractive employer.

Erfurt, 22 December 2021. IU International University of Applied Sciences (IU) has once again been certified as an "attractive employer" by Great Place to Work ©. The certification is based on the results of an anonymous, voluntary survey among IU employees. Another evaluation criterion is an audit of Human Resources measures and programmes.

"Without our employees, IU would not be where it is now. We have had a year of tremendous growth. But the pandemic has also presented us with challenges once again. This makes it all the more important to stand fully behind our staff as an employer. The results of this year's survey confirm that we are on the right track with principles such as self-organisation, flat hierarchies and a working environment in which everyone can grow and develop freely. We are proud of this," says Tim Kaltenborn, Director People Organisation & Culture at IU International University of Applied Sciences.

The Great Place to Work © award is given by the internationally active consulting and research institute of the same name, which supports employers worldwide in implementing an attractive and future-oriented workplace culture. The award stands for credible, fair leadership and the active promotion of employees. Respect, trust, pride and team spirit are to a large extent part of the corporate culture.
