IU IS FIRST ONLINE UNIVERSITY TO OFFER WORLD-CLASS CAMBRIDGE QUALIFICATIONS
IU International University of Applied Sciences has been approved by Cambridge Assessment International Education to offer Cambridge International programmes fully online – making access to education easier for everyone.
Erfurt, Germany, 16, August 2022. Starting in October, IU International University of Applied Sciences (IU) will offer its international applicants missing a high school diploma the opportunity to begin their bachelor’s studies while simultaneously completing their Cambridge International A Level qualifications. IU is the first online university in the world to join the community of more than 10,000 Cambridge International schools in more than 160 countries dedicated to helping students develop a lasting passion for learning, as well as the skills they need for life. IU is already Germany’s largest and fastest growing university with 85,000 current students enroled and is quickly approaching its goal of 100,000 students.
In line with IU’s mission of “everybody can access education to grow”, this partnership makes it easier for potential international learners to begin their academic career towards a bachelor’s degree at an accredited German university. Both IU’s top-rated study programmes and Cambridge’s world-class qualifications are recognised world-wide, providing students with the credentials they need to succeed. Interested international students can begin applying for the incoming semester beginning in October.
