Part-time Studies in Düsseldorf

Part-time studies

WELCOME TO THE DÜSSELDORF CAMPUS!

Relaxing on the Rhine meadows, shopping on the Kö, partying at the longest bar in the world: Düsseldorf has a lot to offer. Students can expect a wide range of opportunities in leisure, sport, art and culture. In addition to an excellent quality of life, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia is also known for its strong economy. The economy of the city is characterised by a diverse mix of industries, including fashion, retail, consulting, finance and the digital economy.

The Campus
The Düsseldorf IU campus is located close to the city centre in the Friedrichstadt district and is easily accessible by public transport. You study in the former HARIBO factory building, where MAOAM chewy sweets were produced until 1982. Today, the building is a protected historical monument. The university's premises are freshly renovated and are located on three floors of what is now the Creativ Centre. On our campus, you have access to the university's own intranet and the internet via WLAN. The library catalogue is available at all times and gives you access to an comprehensive research database.
