The Campus

The Hamburg campus is easily accessible from the central railway station via various underground, S-Bahn and bus lines and also by car. Students can expect classic campus atmosphere with modern facilities. Those who study at the Hamburg IU Campus will find everything they need for successful studies.

HOW TO GET TO THE CAMPUS

Arrival by public tranasport

You can reach our Hamburg campus from the central railway station via various underground, S-Bahn and bus lines. It is best to either get off at Holstenstraße (S21/S31), Christuskirche (U2) or Alsenplatz (Bus 25). From there you can reach the campus on foot.

Arrival by car

Drive north on the A7 and take the exit to Bahrenfelder Marktpl./B431. Drive on the B431 until you can turn right into Bahrenfelder Chaussee. Stay on Bahrenfelder Chaussee until it merges into Stresemannstraße. Follow Stresemannstraße/B4 until you can turn left into Alsenstraße. Stay on this road for about 450 metres, then turn right into Langenfelder Straße and then directly left towards Eimsbütteler Straße. Turn right into Eimsbütteler Straße and then directly left into Waterloostraße. After about 100 metres you will reach the Waterloohain on the left-hand side. Our campus is at the end of this street.
