FAQS STATE RECOGNITION & PRACTICE PROJECT CHILDHOOD PEDAGOGY

Here you will find all the important questions and answers on the topics of state recognition and practice project for the Childhood Pedagogy degree programme.

INFORMATION ABOUT STATE RECOGNITION

The difference between curricular and extracurricular practice projects

A distinction must be made between curricular and extracurricular practice projects. An extracurricular practice project is NOT part of the curriculum. This means that the certification of "state-recognised childhood educator" can optionally be obtained here with the help of a practice project, here as an example in Childhood Pedagogy. On the other hand, a curricular practice project is specified explicitly in the curriculum and ECTS points will be awarded here.

PRACTICE PROJECT I

PRACTICE PROJECT II

In addition to the academic degree Bachelor of Arts, you can obtain the certificate as a "State- recognised Childhood Educator". To do this, you must complete an extra-curricular 60-day practice project "Pedagogy in Early Childhood Part II" alongside your bachelor's degree by choosing the elective module practice project "Pedagogy in Early Childhood Part I".
