Whether it's food supply, animal welfare, climate change or biodiversity: in the myStudy Agricultural Management program, you will tackle current challenges in a solution-oriented way by expanding the basics of modern agriculture with technology-based approaches and acquiring economic knowledge with a strong management focus. This know-how will enable you to independently manage and optimize agricultural production processes and operations - and to combine sustainability with economic success!
*Subject to approval by the Thuringian Ministry of Economy, Science and Digital Society. We expect the approval by the Ministry at the latest at the start of the study. So far, we have always received it on time.

Degree, Duration & Admission
Degree: B.Sc., 180 ECTS credits Study
Duration: 6 Semesters
Admission: A-levels (Technical Diploma), Subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or possible without A-levels. Please find further information under Admission.
Study Model & Examinations
Regular classes led by lecturers from the field at the location or virtual campus. In addition, digital self-study to prepare for face-to-face meetings. In addition, digital self-study to prepare for attendance phases. Exams can be taken at your location or flexibly online.
Courses
2-3 days per week in the attendance phase. Practical work with your fellow students under the guidance of experienced lecturers. Days and times vary depending on location/semester.

Accrediation
We expect approval from the Ministry no later than the start of the program. To date, all IU International University programs have been successfully accredited and approved on time.
Tuition Fees
399€ per month (plus 699€ graduation fee at the end of the program). All your learning and teaching material is already included in the fees.

Contents in myStudium Agrarmanagement
Compulsory practical projects in the myStudy Agricultural Management program
In the myStudy Agricultural Management course, your modules have a strong connection to agricultural practice - either through the teaching of scientific and technical basics for agricultural work, e.g. in the courses "Soil Science and Plant Nutrition" and "Agricultural and Process Engineering", or through the context of political, social and legal requirements against the background of agricultural practice, e.g. in "Agricultural and Environmental Policy" or in the seminar "Agricultural, Administrative, Environmental and EU Law". In addition, you will carry out three practical projects in the distance learning course in Agricultural Management, one of which will be completed in an agricultural business and the other two either in an agricultural business or in upstream or downstream industry.
