Then the dual degree programme in Real Estate Management might be the right choice for you. At the state-recognised IU University of Applied Sciences, you will acquire a solid basic knowledge of business administration as well as in-depth expertise in areas such as project development, real estate marketing and construction law. With the specialisation options Real Estate Valuation and Financing and Technical Real Estate Management, you can specialise early on. Your dual degree programme in Real Estate Management prepares you to advise business partners and customers on real estate and to take on initial management responsibilities.
