You completed your LinkedIn Learning Path and would like to earn academic credits that are accepted for a study programme? Find out what is possible for you.



Welcome at the IU and congratulations on your completed LinkedIn Learning certificate! If you want to go on educating yourself take the chance and earn some credits for your further studies. Depending on your completed Learning Path you can get credits for a specific related IU study programme - for free. All you have to do is completing an assessment and after approval you will get the IU certificate and the credits that will be accepted as academic credits for specified study programmes.

The LINKEDIN learning paths you can complete to get credits

You want to know more about our study programmes? The credits you get will be credited as 5 ECTS if you start the complementary Bachelor programme with us. We credit up to 10 ECTS from LinkedIn Learning.

3 Steps to get your IU Credits

1. After finishing your LinkedIn learning path send us your LinkedIn Learning certificate to linkedinlearning@iu.org.

2. You will get an email with the assessment tasks for the related IU course. Complete the tasks and send us your solutions.

3. Your answers will be checked and if approved you will get an IU certificate and credits that can be credited in further studies at the IU.
(Please note that there is no possibility to repeat the assessment in case you don’t pass it the first time.)

What does the IU assessment look like?

Depending on your course you will get 6 open questions to answer with 1500-3000 characters each. There won't be any more exams to complete the course and you will get credits that will be accepted for the specific study programme.
