Would you like to study a private degree programme in Real Estate Management? Real estate is one of the largest economic sectors in Germany. It involves much more than renting and selling buildings. Managing and developing houses, real estate marketing and contract management are also part of the profession. In the Real Estate Management myStudium programme at IU International University (IU), you will learn both technical knowledge about building technology and the basics of business administration. In addition, you will acquire skills in areas such as Statistics, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Assessment, Project Management, Collaborative Working and Leadership 4.0. Digitalisation, Ethics and Internationality will accompany you during your studies to ensure that your learning is future-oriented.

Study Model & Examinations
Self-study with learning materials and learning AI. Subsequent consolidation through regular accompanying events on campus or virtually. Exams can be taken on your campus or flexibly online.
Courses
2-3 days per week in the attendance phase. Practical work with your fellow students under the guidance of experienced lecturers. Days and times vary depending on location/semester.

The tasks of real estate managers are broad-ranging: In the bachelor's degree programme in Real Estate Management, you deal intensively with current challenges and trends in the real estate industry. For example, you prepare analyses of the current market situation, evaluate properties and plan financing models with banks. You also manage properties and advise customers. What do you learn? Industry knowledge, profound business knowledge, but also management qualities and marketing skills!
The bachelor's degree programme has a modular structure. In other words, the subject areas are divided into modules. Within each of these modules, there is an introductory course and an in-depth course, which prepare you step by step for the completion of that particular module. For each successful completion, you receive ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System), which are internationally comparable and recognised.
Electives: In Electives A, B and C, you choose two elective modules each. Elective D: Decide at the beginning of your studies between an internship at a company or all modules from Elective D. You complete the internship with a written reflection. If you choose the modules from Elective D, all modules from this elective must be completed. Mixed forms between the internship and Elective D are not possible.
