Do you find programming exciting? Do you enjoy dealing with complex issues? Then our dual myStudium degree programme in Information Technology is just right for you.
You will acquire sound programming know-how and learn the basics of mathematics and algorithms.
In the dual degree programme in Information Technology, you will also deal with competition-relevant topics such as Data Analytics, Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, as well as IT Security and Data Protection.
With your knowledge, you will be able to react to new developments and implement IT demands from different industries.
Your study model: dual myStudium
You acquire your knowledge independently on your digital learning platform myCampus. You learn wherever you want and organise your studies entirely according to your individual ideas - supported by innovative learning and teaching formats as well as your personal AI learning assistant Syntea.
In optional support sessions, you also have the opportunity to deepen what you have learnt either virtually via livestream or directly on campus in small groups and ask questions. Your studies will be complemented by practical experience, which you will gain 20 hours a week at your practice partner company.

In the dual degree programme in Information Technology, you will deal with essential basics, developments, methods and subject-specific knowledge of Information Technology - both in theory and practice. Each semester, you will complete a practical project in which you work on a problem from your practice company.
You will study the basics of Information Technology, mathematics and algorithms.
You will acquire methodological skills in subjects such as project management and design thinking.
You deal with different software systems, IT law, and data protection.
You learn object-oriented programming, web programming and database-focused programming.
