Yes, we are happy to make this possible for you at IU. In addition to the entrance qualification in the form of an Abitur or Fachabitur, interested students with alternative qualifications have the chance to enter our Bachelor's programme. You can study Tourism Management without an Abitur if you have completed an advanced training programme, are a state-certified technician/business economist, have a master craftsman's certificate or have at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of professional experience.
The Tourism Management Bachelor's programme lasts for 36, 48 or 72 months. With the corresponding time model, you can choose the duration of your studies yourself. If you need more time and semesters for your studies, this is absolutely no problem. The dual studies programme is scheduled for 7 semesters.
