You can currently complete your Bachelor's degree in International Marketing at the Virtual Campus. This means that you can study anywhere in Germany.
Yes, this is also possible at IU. In addition to the entrance qualification in the form of an Abitur or Fachabitur, interested students without an Abitur have the opportunity to enter our Bachelor's programme. You can study International Marketing without an Abitur if you have completed an advanced vocational training, have a master craftsman's certificate or have at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of professional experience building on this.
The International Marketing Bachelor's degree lasts for 36, 48 or 72 months, depending on which time model you choose. If you need more time and semesters for your studies, this is absolutely no problem.
Companies that market themselves in several countries face additional challenges. Often identical products require a different marketing strategy in different territories. Advertising messages that are effective in Germany are rarely as effective when translated directly. Prices should also match the local economic conditions. In addition, legal regulations must be observed in this context. At the same time, the differences must not be so great that the brand appears with a completely different image in other countries.
