Human Resources Management can be studied without an Abitur if you have completed an advanced training course, are a state-certified technician/business economist, have a master craftsman's certificate or have at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of subsequent work experience
The Human Resources Management Bachelor's programme lasts for 36, 48 or 72 months, depending on which time model you choose. If you need more time and semesters for your studies, this is absolutely no problem. The dual studies programme usually lasts 7 semesters.
