QUALITY OFFICER IN THE SOCIAL SECTOR
In your role, you will mainly be responsible for managing the quality of structures, processes and results in social service organisations. In the process, you will include all framework conditions and remain in close contact with employees and those responsible. You are also responsible for participating in and conducting internal and external quality audits. Generally, a completed undergraduate degree with a subject-related focus in the respective IU Master's program is a requirement for admission. The first undergraduate degree must have been successfully completed at a state or state-recognized college/university and with a final grade of at least "satisfactory". If the first degree does not include a subject-related focus, admission to the program can also be granted if the student has completed a related professional activity.
For English language degree courses, a proof (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge or equivalent proof, e.g. through the free IU English course.) of sufficient English language skills is required.

Alternatively, also professional activities with corresponding backgrounds can be accredited in individual cases.
