ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER IN THE HEALTH SECTOR
As an administrative manager in the health sector, you supervise the planning and organisation of business procedures and service processes. You develop innovative offers for the service area in the health sector, and you are also actively involved in the interface with quality management or marketing. Municipalities, federal states or private institutions such as hospitals or institutions providing care for the elderly are all potential employers.
HEALTH MANAGER IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT
The basis of every successful company is motivated and healthy employees. As an occupational health manager, you create healthy working conditions for the employees of your company. It is also your task to encourage employees to behave in a healthy way. Overall, occupational health management covers the areas of occupational health and safety, occupational integration management, personnel management and workplace health promotion. For example, you are responsible for reintegrating chronically ill employees, preventing accidents at work and occupational diseases, and promoting the health of employees.
HEALTH CARE CONSULTANT
As a health care consultant, you will be responsible for preparing meetings with contractual partners, actively participating in these meetings and developing solutions to current issues. Your tasks also include the procurement, analysis and preparation of data.

Generally, a completed undergraduate degree with a subject-related focus in the respective IU Master's program is a requirement for admission. The first undergraduate degree must have been successfully completed at a state or state-recognized college/university and with a final grade of at least "satisfactory". If the first degree does not include a subject-related focus, admission to the program can also be granted if the student has completed a related professional activity.
For English language degree courses, a proof (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge or equivalent proof, e.g. through the free IU English course.) of sufficient English language skills is required.

A completed undergraduate degree with a specific thematic focus in the selected master's degree program. Alternatively, also professional activities with corresponding backgrounds can be accredited in individual cases. A degree from a state or state-recognized college/university with a final grade of at least "Satisfactory". Accreditation of knowledge and skills acquired outside of the university sector is generally possible. University entrance qualification as a foreign student applicant.
