In the public sector, you actively shape the cityscape and let your creative ideas come to full fruition in projects. You will work on various projects and buildings, create designs, work on concepts and draw up price lists for your building projects. Within the scope of property management, you will also be responsible for maintenance work, among other things, with a diverse area of responsibility.
As an employee in the planning department of developers, property developers, building contractors, housing cooperatives or similar, you will be responsible for the holistic implementation of project planning and development, you will design architectural solutions and check the economic optimisation. Depending on your expertise, you will lead the planning team of draughtsmen, architects and building technicians.
You will be involved in all phases of an architecture firm's work. You will be involved in the process from the basic assessment and preliminary design to the final building inspection.
