The most important questions about the Agricultural Management degree programme
Good news: IU deliberately does not have a numerus clausus (NC). You won’t have to go through a strenuous selection process or have waiting semesters credited to you, because none of our degree programmes have an NC. We prefer to talk to you personally and find out together where your talents and strengths lie and, above all, what goals you want to pursue with your studies.
You can currently study our Bachelor of Agricultural Management at our Virtual Campus. This means that you can study anywhere in Germany.
Yes, this is possible at IU. In addition to the entrance qualification in the form of an Abitur or Fachabitur, interested students without an Abitur also have the opportunity to enter our Bachelor's programme. You can study Agricultural Management without an Abitur or a high school diploma if you are a state-certified technician/business economist, have a master craftsman's certificate or have at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of subsequent work experience.
The Bachelor of Agricultural Management has a duration of 36, 48 or 72 months, depending on which time model you choose. If you need more time and more semesters for your studies, it will not be a problem.
