For example, a degree teaches you what makes good project management, what you should pay attention to in real estate marketing and what professional management looks like. In addition, a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management helps you to enter the industry. Many companies prefer to hire academics who have already studied the subject intensively. With a degree, you therefore have a better chance of finding attractive positions.
