In the free economy, many methods have been established to measure the effectiveness of different measures and to increase their efficiency. By optimising processes, it is therefore possible to reduce costs and increase their effectiveness. Social Management strives to apply effective tactics in social work as well. So that more people can benefit from the services offered.
The task of Social Management is thus to plan and coordinate the activities of organisations, to develop strategies and to measure the effectiveness of the methods. For this purpose, processes are often used that have already proven themselves in Business Management. Social management thus combines content from the Social and Economic Sciences.
