YOUR NURSING MANAGEMENT STUDIES. RETHOUGHT WITH YOU.
Motivated nursing staff and digital and sustainable concepts in health care? Often not. That’s why the healthcare system needs people like you. People who always maintain an overview at the interface between health administration, human resources and care and who drive digitalisation forward. After all, it’s about nothing less than ensuring high-quality care. Sounds exciting? Then our Bachelor of Nursing Management is just right for you.
Demographic change is presenting the health sector with ever greater challenges. There is not only a shortage of well-trained nursing staff, but also increasingly of people with leadership skills. In your nursing management studies, you will be taught everything you need to know to work successfully in health care facilities and to lead them independently as a manager. But your Bachelor's degree in Nursing Management can do even more. You will learn how to meet the demands for implementing innovative nursing concepts and how to cleverly use digital tools and methods in health care and nursing. During the bachelor's programme, you will build up business management, medical, technical, health economics and educational knowledge. You will get to know and understand the current legal regulations in the nursing sector, as well as the health policy, ethical and administrative framework. Building on this, you will be able to further deepen your knowledge to later take on important leadership functions in areas such as health economics, case management or human resources. All of this with a high, practice-oriented component, which means fewer exams and more practice-oriented forms of examination.
