Does managing and marketing real estate or developing real estate projects sound exciting to you? Is Business Administration (BWL) not a boring subject for you, but the subject of dreams? Then the dual myStudium degree programme in Real Estate Management might be the right choice for you.
At the state-recognised IU University of Applied Sciences, you will acquire a solid basic knowledge of business administration as well as in-depth expertise in areas such as project development, real estate marketing and construction law. With the specialisation options Real Estate Valuation and Financing and Technical Real Estate Management, you can specialise early on. Your dual myStudium degree programme in Real Estate Management prepares you to advise business partners and customers on real estate and to take on initial management responsibilities.
Your study model: dual myStudium
You acquire your knowledge independently on your digital learning platform myCampus. You learn wherever you want and organise your studies entirely according to your individual ideas - supported by innovative learning and teaching formats as well as your personal AI learning assistant Syntea.
In optional support sessions, you also have the opportunity to deepen what you have learnt either virtually via livestream or directly on campus in small groups and ask questions. Your studies will be complemented by practical experience, which you will gain 20 hours a week at your practice partner company.

Your dual degree programme in Real Estate Management covers topics such as the current challenges of the industry - keywords: Digitalisation and Sustainability - as well as the Basics of Economics and Business Administration (BWL).
You will learn the basics of Real Estate Economics and deal with project development, portfolio management, real estate ownership and leasing.
You will discuss the current challenges and trends in the real estate industry.
You deal with the technical basics of construction methods, construction standards, and building law.
You will receive general business know-how as well as knowledge from the areas of digital business models, personnel and organisation, as well as marketing.
