Are you an organisational talent with a strong understanding of business management? The Social Management specialisation prepares you for a job in non-profit institutions in the social and healthcare sector. You deal with:

Sector-specific content such as law, medicine or psychology

You acquire your knowledge independently on your digital learning platform myCampus. You learn wherever you want and organise your studies entirely according to your individual ideas - supported by innovative learning and teaching formats as well as your personal AI learning assistant Syntea.
In optional support sessions, you also have the opportunity to deepen what you have learnt either virtually via livestream or directly on campus in small groups and ask questions. Your studies will be complemented by practical experience, which you will gain 20 hours a week at your practice partner company.

The degree programme not only prepares you to take on leadership and management positions in social institutions later on but also offers you much more:
You will deal intensively with finance and accounting
You deal with special legal aspects of social work

You will also gain basic knowledge in Medicine for non-medical professionals
You will discuss special issues of Social Management during your studies
