Modules such as Business Model Design, Digital Business Models, Design Thinking, Lean Start Up and Agile Project Management will enable you to develop innovative business models. The real speciality lies in the combination of traditional and digital business model development. Practical experience is not neglected either, as you will be able to develop your own business idea in our Start-up Lab. For your specialisation, you can choose between a “tech track” and a “biz track”. The latter includes topics such as advanced corporate finance, global brand management, leadership and change management. The “tech track” focuses on the areas of artificial intelligence, data science and data utilisation.  

With your Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, you’ll qualify for a variety of professions in the field of innovation management or for entrepreneurial self-employment. You will find suitable positions in both the industrial and service sectors, be it as a project manager of innovation projects, where you’ll be the interface between product development and marketing or as a consultant for product and process innovations, so that the cooperation between production and marketing works as smoothly as possible. You could also work as a coach for business model innovations, analysing industry and sector-specific developments and trends as the basis for business model innovations.
