As an HR Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for Managers for all enquiries relating to their employees. You take care of labour law issues and provide advice to employees at all times. As a Management Coach, you also identify possible potential or undesirable developments in the team and work out appropriate solutions together with those responsible. In addition, you support the introduction of new products or processes and maintain communication between HR and other departments.
