ALL NEW. FOR YOUR FUTURE. STUDY NEW WORK & TALENT MANAGEMENT (MBA).
Companies are operating in an increasingly agile manner. Bureaucracies and hierarchies are becoming obsolete, knowledge is constantly increasing. And has an ever shorter half-life. Modern companies have understood this: Autonomy and creativity are important factors for their future viability. The question of how structures and corporate culture can better and more quickly adapt to shorter innovation cycles and environmental changes runs through all sectors. As a result, human resource management has to break new ground. Knowledge and qualifications have to be updated more and more quickly. With your MBA in New Work & Talent Management, you will ensure a new reorientation in the world of work.
Leadership, strategic management and international marketing are the basis of your MBA in New Work & Talent Management. In addition to sound basic knowledge in business administration, you will acquire individual methodological skills and train your analytical-scientific thinking. With this solid basic knowledge, you will enter the field of personnel development and recruitment. You will learn how to position your company attractively in the labour market (keyword: employer branding) and how to develop successful recruiting methods. In the "New Work" focus area, you will discuss social megatrends as key factors influencing human resource management and organisation. Based on this, you will analyse the difference between rigid and agile organisational structures and the resulting effects on leadership, HR management and employees. You will work on the topics of cooperation and leadership in the context of new work structures as well as the necessary competences. With this knowledge, you will develop strategies to make your employees fit for the new, digitally shaped work realities.
Information on accreditation and state approval can be found on the sub-page of the degree program.
