Herr Prof. Dr. Philip Heinz hat seine akademischen Ausbildungen an der Hochschule Kempten, der California State University (Los Angeles), der Macquarie University (Sydney) sowie der ESCEM - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Et Management (Tours) erhalten und die Abschlüsse Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) sowie Master of International Business (MIB) erworben. Seine durch ein Stipendium geförderte Promotion schloss er 2013 als Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) an der Macquarie University (Sydney) erfolgreich ab.
Relevante Berufserfahrung erlangte Prof. Dr. Heinz bei Rödl & Partner in Atlanta als Certified Public Accountant (CPA) sowie bei Liebherr in Nenzing in der Abteilung „Controlling & Unternehmensplanung“. Seit 2016 ist Prof. Dr. Heinz an der IU Duales Studium als Professor für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre tätig.
