In the Real Estate Management myStudium programme at IU International University (IU), you will learn both technical knowledge about building technology and the basics of business administration. In addition, you will acquire skills in areas such as Statistics, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Assessment, Project Management, Collaborative Working and Leadership 4.0. Study Model & Examinations
Regular classes led by lecturers from the field at the location or virtual campus. In addition, digital self-study to prepare for face-to-face meetings. In addition, digital self-study to prepare for attendance phases. Exams can be taken at your location or flexibly online.
Courses
2-3 days per week in the attendance phase. Practical work with your fellow students under the guidance of experienced lecturers. Days and times vary depending on location/semester.

The tasks of real estate managers are broad-ranging: In the bachelor's degree programme in Real Estate Management, you deal intensively with current challenges and trends in the real estate industry. For example, you prepare analyses of the current market situation, evaluate properties and plan financing models with banks. You also manage properties and advise customers. What do you learn? Industry knowledge, profound business knowledge, but also management qualities and marketing skills!
The bachelor's degree programme has a modular structure. In other words, the subject areas are divided into modules. Within each of these modules, there is an introductory course and an in-depth course, which prepare you step by step for the completion of that particular module. For each successful completion, you receive ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System), which are internationally comparable and recognised.

From October 2024, we will be offering the Immobilienmanagement degree programme with a revised curriculum as Bachelor Immobilienwirtschaft. We are currently developing the programme to make it even more future-oriented.
