Master’s in Coaching: Your electives
Your master’s in Coaching is as practice-oriented as possible. In the 60 ECTS programme, you can choose one of 17 electives such as Human Performance, “New Work und Agilität” or “Förderung von Resilienz”. In the 120 ECTS programme, you choose two out of 16 electives in order to prepare for your career as a coach. Your options include “Organisationsanalyse und -entwicklung”, “Coaching von Führungskräften” and „Selbstreflexion: Praxisfall Coaching“.
