BUILD ON YOUR SUCCESSFUL FUTURE. Study Real Estate Management (MBA).
Are you interested in working with private and commercial buildings? Do you find the real estate industry, the construction industry and the commercial aspects of your future work interesting? Then the MBA in Real Estate Management is just right for you. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers in the housing and real estate market. To do this, you will not only need commercial talent, but you must also know how to manage, rent and market real estate.
First of all, you will create the basis that you need as an MBA. This means you will study leadership, strategic management and innovation and entrepreneurship. Then you will move on to the core subjects of the real estate industry and real estate management. As far as the basics are concerned, you will first learn to understand the management of real estate as a subarea of business administration. You will also deal with the different types of real estate and real estate-related usage strategies. You will also evaluate and analyse real estate cycles, i.e. the dynamics of expansion and contraction of the market. To conclude this focus, you will work on the business models and value creation processes as well as the management processes in real estate companies. Building on this knowledge, you will take into account the economic aspects and framework conditions of the real estate markets. You will not only learn to classify and reflect on these, but also to understand their structures. In this way, you will expand your perspective on real estate economics. Your newly acquired in-depth knowledge will help you to prepare and defend your master's thesis.
Information on accreditation and state approval can be found on the sub-page of the degree program.
