You can choose between the 60 ECTS programme or the 120 ECTS programme, depending on your goals. While the 60 ECTS programme builds on your professional experience and teaches you everything you need to know in just one year, the 120 ECTS programme allows you to dive deeper into relevant topics and construct your own personal profile through a range of electives.

The online master's programme in Sustainable Management is available as a 60 ECTS or 120 ECTS programme in German language.

In the 60 ECTS programme, you choose one of 6 elective modules such as international perspectives, responsible leadership or intercultural management. In the 120 ECTS programme, you choose two out of 11 elective modules to prepare for your career. Modules such as international perspectives, sustainable business start-ups and organisational analysis and psychology are available to you.
