The online master's proigramme in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is available as a 60 ECTS or 120 ECTS programme in German or English language.
Your master's in “Wirtschaftspsychologie” is designed for maximum practical relevance. In the 120 ECTS credit programme, you'll have the choice to select from a range of elective modules, enabling you to tailor your education to your career aspirations. You have the chance to specialise in one of four areas – “Innovationsmanagement“, “KI Transformation“, ”Organisationsentwicklung“ and “Human Resources“, or you may choose your modules freely. Specialising in ”Organisationsentwicklung“, as a business & communications psychologist, you could opt for the “Coaching und Beratung” module, whereas business economists might prefer 'Agile Leadership'.
The 60 ECTS-programme incorporates themes such as digitisation, ethics, and international perspectives in the development of the curriculum and the structuring of modules, although there are no electives.
Furthermore, you have the option to undertake an internship or, alternatively, enrol in modules designed to prepare you for the workforce.
