This is your course overview for the distance learning programme in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
You will begin your studies by building a solid foundation in psychology and business before focusing specifically on the field of industrial and organisational psychology. Topics covered will include human resources, psychological diagnostics, and conflict management, as well as hands-on projects on the interaction between AI and psychology, and the collection and analysis of quantitative data.
Throughout the programme, you will learn to apply psychological insights in real-world business settings. Upon completion of the programme, you will be equipped with diagnostic and labour law knowledge, which you can combine with management skills to advance your professional career.
Elective areas: In elective areas A and B, you must choose two modules from each area. In elective area C, you must decide at the beginning of your studies whether to undertake an internship with a company or to take modules from this area. If you choose the internship, you will complete it with a practical reflection. If you opt for the modules from Elective Area C, you must complete all the modules in this area. It is not possible to combine an internship with modules from elective area C.
