(E-)Educational counsellor in professional training
As an (E-)educational counsellor, you advise adolescents and adults on their professional training – in person or online. Your task is to analyse the foundation and develop solutions starting from there.
Pedagogic manager in educational organisations
You are in charge of all pedagogic processes and concepts in the educational system, ensure managers and employees are engaged in goal-oriented tasks and stay focused on the targets. Your goal: completing projects and solving problematic situations as efficiently as possible. In addition, you are in charge of personnel placement and public relations.
Pedagogic staff in professional training
You plan training programmes of all kinds and oversee the ones taking place. In addition, you develop new programmes while taking online concepts into consideration. The acquisition, selection, consultancy and qualification of course instructors as well as the assistance of course participants are your responsibility, too.
