The ACAJU study aimed to look at the situation of child and youth care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on hypotheses about the effects on leadership actions, staff health and digitalisation processes in the facilities, a total of 430 professionals and managers were asked about their experiences and assessments in an online survey from 15 October to 15 November 2020.
