AMO is about automatic music orchestration with machine learning methods, with the following research questions:

• How do professional orchestrators work?

• What are the pain points in the current orchestration process?

• Can we automatically learn to orchestrate in a specific style without human expert intervention? for example, can we automatically orchestrate the same piece in the style of Beethoven or in the style of Mozart?

• What are the best machine learning methods for automatic orchestration?
